friendly staff but poor maintenance
The buffet had a good selection of food, and the woman serving was very friendly. The room had a lovely city view that elevated our stay.
Poor maintenance issues really affected our comfort.

Beautifully maintained & brand-new room with a terrace. Cool drinks and cereals and bread. Excellent and amazing position in the peaceful area, so close to the center of Rome as well as public transportation and shops.

My son and I stayed for three nights in December. The location was brilliant with everything in easy walking. This very old building has bags of character, the reception is manned 24/7 and who ever was on reception was happy, very friendly and extremely helpful. A good buffet breakfast set us up for the day ahead exploring this fabulous city.
All positive as stated above.

Had a blast staying with my friends! We were super close to Piazza della Minerva where we saw the famous Bernini baby elephant, and the Pantheon was just a short walk away. The staff were awesome, helping us book guided tours to the main attractions. The rooftop terrace was a chill spot after our adventures. Definitely a great home base for exploring.
Our balcony room had heavy curtains, made it a bit dark and dreary during the day. A little more light would have been nice while we lounged about.

Great location and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The room had essential amenities, but comfort could be improved. A nice rooftop terrace provided a relaxing space, though access to the lift can be tricky for some.

Very close location for city shopping. Nice and comfortable rooms.
Not easy to find: you have to look for a plate close to an entrance

The location is ideal and exceptionally nice, just minutes from Largo di Torre Argentina Ruins. the area is good and a short walk to public transportation, shops, major tourist spots, and almost anywhere in the Centro Storico, the Vatican, the Capitoline. - the breakfast offers lots of cereals and bread.

The central location was perfect. We were steps away from everything in Rome. The Quad room held our family nicely and the staff and offerings were all in working order. Mini-fridge, safe, internet, breakfast were all good.
Our room (#125)was under the breakfast area and at 7am there was no soundproofing (or sleeping) to buffer from the noise.
